Adıyaman University Astrophysics Application and Research Center Continues to Welcome Young Students Interested in Science

As part of this mission, 4th grade students from Şehit Taha Uluçay Primary School, accompanied by their classroom teacher Sultan Karakuş, visited our center.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to closely examine the telescopes housed within the Astrophysics Application and Research Center. They gained basic knowledge about sky observation and the exploration of the universe, enjoying an experience that nurtured their scientific curiosity.

Through presentations delivered by our Center Director, Dr. Nazlı Karaman, the students’ interest in space science was further enhanced, and they were informed about the working principles of observational instruments.

At the end of the visit, School Principal Hacı Yusuf Fırat emphasized the importance of such activities in supporting students’ interest in science and expressed his gratitude to Adıyaman University.
